Workshop Opportunity – Cape Fear Studios

February 27, 2013

Workshop Opportunity – Cape Fear Studios, 148 Maxwell Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301

Come spend some fact-filled, hours with Luana Luconi Winner as she navigates through students’ most vexing issues with paint. All levels of student will benefit from Luana’s demos, lectures, critiques, and hands on instruction.   The first day will include drawing, proportion, color mixing exercises, and painting.  Portrait instruction will be the main focus of the workshop, but a still life will be offered for those who would rather devote time to more brilliant color.  During Day 1 lunch period, students should bring lunch and some finished or in-progress artwork of any medium or subject matter for critique.  The second day students may choose to work from a live model or a still life.  The working lunch period on Day 2 will be a question and answer session on all things art and the business of art. www.WinnerStudios.com    Please sign up at Cape Fear Studios or contact Ellen Olson Brooks, ED    (brooksel@mindspring.com)  910-433-2986
