Nancy discussed her transition from medical art to realistic still life paintings of a different subject matter. She demonstrated her steps in creating a pastel painting from concept to sketching, blocking in the big shapes, color choices and finally, adding the finishing details. Nancy is a Signature Member of the Pastel Society of America and paints in both pastels and oils.
