Bridgeton RiverFest Fine Art Festival

March 30, 2012

When: Friday June 22 Evening Preview Party, Saturday, June 23, Sunday, June 24, 2012

Bridgeton Harbor Marina on the Neuse River is the stunning venue of the exciting 2ndAnnual BRIDGETON RIVERFEST FINE ARTS & FINE CRAFTS FESTIVAL on the 23rd and 24th of June, 2012 with a Premier Preview Party Friday evening, the 22nd.

The 1st Annual RiverFest was included in the top three regional festivals by the Sun Journal’s “Best Of 2011 People’s Poll,” drawing in, according to police estimates, up to 6000 visitors! And in its FIRST YEAR! Not bad. In addition, this year, we are one of the OFFICIAL venues for the 300th ANNIVERSARY of CRAVEN COUNTY so we’ll be drawing in even greater crowds than anticipated.

Bridgeton RiverFest, a juried show, is designed to draw an intelligent and discriminating crowd with attractions such as up to 75 fine artists and craftspeople, a full music schedule, student art exhibits and strolling Great Masters of Art History. Artists are encouraged to apply to this juried event. We’re still offering numerous “perks,” inexpensive booth fees, oversize spaces, near- and next-to-booth parking, artist awards, VIP preview party, artist-friendly volunteers to provide snacks, meals & much more.

The organizers are doing their utmost to provide their artists the best possible venue to sell their great works in these tough financial times. Booth fees are $100 with a $25 Jury fee for new artists. Booth sharing is available for an additional fee. We have a very limited number of spaces under the “Big Tent” for $150. Application deadline is 4/30/2012.

Visit www.bridgetonriverfest.com to apply or call Pene at     252.646.2725    for more information.

All net proceeds go to the Bridgeton Improvement Committee, a non-profit organization that provides cultural enrichment to the community of Bridgeton.
