Taylor's work is derived from nature. The paintings are not a photographic
moment in time but represent a unique artistic interpretation through
observation as the subjects and paintings move connectedly through
time and space. They capture both the immediacy of the moment and
the ephemeral characteristics of light, color and shadows dramatically
revealing themselves on organic forms.
Through
this work Ms. Taylor strives to reconnect with the grandeur of nature
as seen through a microcosmic representation and inspire others to
a heightened awareness of the interconnection of all life in our technology-
focused world.
